Chemicals harbour YARA GmbH & Co. KG
The chemicals harbour is located east of the oil harbour and is a works harbour of the fertiliser plant. Two pipelines connect the tanker berth with the plant. Liquid gas tankers discharge cooled ammonia via one of these pipelines. The second pipeline carries liquid urean fertiliser to the harbour to be loaded in the tankers. The berth at the chemicals harbour can accommodate tankers with a draught of up to 8.45 m.-

Maritime Industrial Area Groß Klein (MAGEB)
The quay at MAGEB is located on the west bank of the Warnow south of the Aker Baltic Sea shipyard. It is mainly used for ship repairs and for the handling of break-bulk. The berths at the MAGEB quay are certified for ships with a draught of up to 6.40 m.-

Müsing Quay
The Müsing quay is located on the west bank of the Warnow between the Aker Baltic Sea yard and the Rostock seaport. The quay is used exclusively for the handling of bulk solids. Ships with a draught of up to 5.8 m can be accommodated here.-

Rostock Cargo and Fishery Port (RFH)
This port is located on the west side of the Warnow halfway between the Rostock seaport and the city harbour. In the past several years, the port has undergone considerable changes, and is now able to handle a variety of cargo (bulk solids, frozen goods, break-bulk, etc.). The cargo and fishery port can accommodate ships with a length of up to 180 m and a draught of up to 8.00 m.-

City harbour
The city harbour is located in the city centre of Rostock on the south bank of the Warnow. Once it was the most important arrival point for ships from all over the world, however, it no longer plays a role in the handling of cargo. Today, the berths are predominately used for mid-sized passenger ships, river ships, local transportation and for yachts. The maximum permissible draught is 6.40 meters.-

Warnemünde Cruise Center
Berths P1 to P8 at the Warnemünde passenger terminal provide excellent conditions for cruise ships with a draught of up to 8.38 m. The opening of the new ‘Warnemünde Cruise Center’ at berth P7 in May 2005 will allow for the processing of up to 2,500 passengers daily. The berth has a quay length of 276 m and a maximum permissible draught of 8.38 m.-
